1. Booking and Reservation
1.1. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment and our confirmation email.
1.2. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
2. Payment
2.1. We accept payment via credit card or bank transfer.
2.2. Rates are subject to change without notice and may vary based on property, season, and availability.
2.3. Some properties may require a security deposit upon check-in, refundable subject to inspection of the property at check-out.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellation policies may vary by property. Please review the specific cancellation policy for your reservation during the booking process.
4. Check-in and Check-out Times
4.1. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m., and checkout time is before 11:00 a.m.
4.2. Self-check-in is available via lockbox.
5. Quiet Hours and No Parties
5.1. Please maintain a quiet atmosphere from 11:00 pm onward, both indoors and on exterior spaces such as terraces and the rooftop. The use of speakers outdoors is not allowed after 11:00 pm.
6. Security Deposit
6.1. We require a standard security deposit of 500 Euros before check-in. This deposit will be returned within 7 days after your checkout, provided there is no damage to the property.
6.2. In certain cases, depending on circumstances, an additional deposit of up to 2000 Euros may be requested.
7. Celebrations and Additional Guests
7.1. If you plan to host a birthday or engagement celebration, please communicate this in advance and obtain approval from the host. This includes inviting additional persons to spend time at the property.
7.2. Any violation of this policy will result in a fine of 300 Euros.
8. Smoking and Drug Use
8.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the villa and on exterior garden/terrace areas. A fine of 1000 Euros will be imposed for violations of our smoking rule.
8.2. The use of drugs inside the building is strictly prohibited.
9. Pets
9.1. Pets are allowed under special conditions, but this must be communicated and approved by the host before booking or arrival.
10. Care for Furnishings and Decor
10.1. All furniture, art, and accessories (unless otherwise explicitly mentioned) in the villa should remain in place for the enjoyment of future guests. If any equipment or decor is missing or if furniture or the villa is damaged, the cost of replacement plus a fine of 500 Euros will be applied. Additional costs may be incurred for repairs.
11. Respect and Tolerance
11.1. We welcome international travelers seeking an exceptional design experience. Our space is family-friendly, tolerant, and open. We do not tolerate rude, aggressive, intolerant, or disrespectful behavior towards our team.
11.2. Any form of verbal or physical violence will result in a criminal report to the local police, and further actions will be considered to protect the safety of our team. If necessary, we may also consider immediate cancellation of the booking.
12. House Rules
12.1. Please treat our villa with care and respect as you would your own home.
